Stanlib Unit Trusts - No Response

Our Father was a Client of Standard Bank and subsequently had an investment with Stanlib Unit Trust (Money Market Fund). More than a year and a half after his passing, Stanlib has not paid out his investment to the Estate. Standard Bank (after more than a year) failed to communicate with us about the situation. Stanlib on the other hand, after numerous attempts to solve this matter, have not even had the decency of responding to our inquiries. It seems to me, they respond very quickly when you want to invest, but not at all when they have to pay out the investment. Nobody seems to know where to direct the complaints to, or who to call with regards to this. I will most definitely not invest with this institution.
