Stanlib Unhappy-lib

I have tried numerous times to contact Stanlib to get a username and pin to view my statements online - but to no avail. No matter what I do, I cannot get anyone to answer me, and todate, I have not received any statements. If this is happening now, what is it going to be like when my investment matures and they have to pay me out???
