STANLIB UNBELIEVABLY USELESS SERVICE

Stanlib are so proud of their paperless documents but make it so difficult for you to access this PAPERLESS WORLD OF THEIRS. Years ago we always received our quarterly statement and TAX CERTIFICATE via email, then some smart alex decided that we needed to access the internet to get all this info, well that was the biggest set back we have ever had. Cannot access anything, and to get your tax certificate or statement is impossible. Then to make life more difficult Telkom closed their domaine intekom and trying to update with this outfit is another HUGE PROBLEM. Filled in the forms got a response to acknowledge and updated, well that DIDN'T HAPPEN AND ANOTHER HUGE PROBLEM FOR THEM we must FILL IN AND send new forms........... REALLY. ALL WE WANTED IS A TAX CERTIFICATE!!!!!!!! WHO IS GOING TO RUN AWAY WITH OUR TAX CERTIFICATES? Please STANLIB pathetic.
