Stanlib staff cannot READ
A family member died 5 years ago and somehow a policy with Stanlib was overlooked by the executors. I have logged numerous e-mail calls with Stanlib to resolve but I keep getting a generic message which is of no use. I am not the client but a beneficiary. I gave up trying to phone them on the ***or ***. All i want as the beneficiary, is for Stanlib to contact me directly and finalise this. I have all the relevant documents from the estate to show proof of everything. Lets see if someone who can actually R-E-A-D at Stanlib, can call me to assist further?

How must I supply a specimen signature??? I can supply copy of my late aunts ID, letter of executorship, policy doc statement etc etc.
Please phone me so we can discuss the problem and find a resolution.

The specimen signature refers to your own signature and in this case refers to the signature of the executor, they can just sign it on their ID document.
