Stanlib shocking service
Shocking service. Accounts do not link to online transacting. Keep asking for same forms. Poor consultants in STD branches unable to help and nobody there has a mandate to do anything. I have NEVER worked with such incompetence. Over 3 months now. Forms from last year lost. Automated emails.
