Stanlib Security Risk

Stanlib has no ***** hotline. If your account gets breached on a Friday evening, you can only notify them on the Monday morning; even if you are aware of it all along. I have been trying for 2 months to resolve an issue with Stanlib. I have submitted all documentation as requested by them but with no progress. The level of incompetence is such that it is almost impossible to have a meaningful engagement with them. They themselves do not know which documentation they require.
