Stanlib refuse to pay out into trust investment

Stanlib make it near impossible to get paid out on a unit trust investment. I have been engaged with them for months now. Their paperless system only has faults and they continually ask for documents that have already been submitted. They promised to pay out, the money never came through and now when I phone them they say there are other documents needed. The worst service ever
