Stanlib poor service

Shocking customer service. I have been a client of Stanlib for 3 months now and I’m still waiting for them to link my investments so that I can view them online. I have filled out all the forms sent to me. I wait a couple days hoping that someone will do something but no still nothing. Who do you complain to cause there’s no one to follow up with complaints either. Unbelievable
