Stanlib, please release my money!

I have submitted my claim for withdrawal from my unit trust account on the 5th of March 2024. I received an sms on the 6th about my FICA non complaint status. I sent through documents on the same day and called and received confirmation that documents were received. Since then, I have been receiveng sms'es about outstanding documents, I call everyday and get told the same thing. We do a verbal account confirmation and then the issue is escalated for payment everyday when I call. Today as I'm typing this.. I'm holding for a supervisor that Qhuma is still paging, I already know that I won't get to talk to them. I went through the same process with Pauline yesterday...and many more since the 6th.
