Stanlib ...... Please pay out our own money!

My gran passed away July 2019. She has a small estate with no property. All she has is her Stanlib Investment and one or two other share options. I was told her estate is small and would be wound up within 4-6 months. Today 29 February 2020 we still have nothing. Numerous calls to get hold of someone and numerous emails later. Apparently Stanlib are delaying on paying my gran's own money over to her own banking accounts. I cannot understand this. I had been warned by many people and especially seen comments on social media. Can't something be done about this. In this kind of tender situation people want to get on with their lives. HELP!!!!
