Stanlib Payout

Good day, Stanlib has been taking my mom for a ride. My mom is 70+ year old. She is struggling financially and I'm also struggling to assist her. Yet she has funds that are available at Stanlib. I have sent several twitts to Stanlib and they responded by saying that they will call her and that's it. This has been going for 2 years. We went to their offices in Melrose Arch and we were told that she cannot get more than what she's getting due to some government ruling. Early this month my mom got a call from her so called broker who told her that Stanlib will reduce her monthly pay out. How on earth do they reduce her pay outs over 2 years. This is uncalled for and rather disgusting to say the least. My mom is old and extremely sick and this whole issue is just putting an unnecessary stress. I need her pay outs to be reviewed and NOT REDUCED.
