STANLIB's feedback is illogical - expecting me to accept the irregular 96 hours late, deposit of withdrawn funds as justificaton for my unpaid debit order. My monthly withdrawal instructions is usually seamlessly and successfully processed within the prescribed 48 hours. The glaring process deviation processing timeframe this time round, is lost to STANLIB without providing proof of evidence of the claimed fund deposit date of 22 Dec. The funds only reached my account on 24 December.

Transaction history statement received from Stanlib for Ombud escalation purposes.

December's deviation from standard 48 hour interbank withdrawal timelines unresolved.

Awaiting Stanlib's account details to manually transfer December's funds to.
