Stanlib non-progressive company

I am a current account holder with Stanlib as well as Standard Bank. I have been trying to link my Stanlib Money Market account to my Standard bank account but this has prooved to be an administrative nightmare. Stanlib has been ignoring all my e-mail correspondence for 3 months and it is a mere impossible task to speak to them via their help line - there is just no answer. Stanlib is in my view a very unproffessional company and have not progressed with modern times and technology.
