Stanlib non existing service

Pathetic service. Or non existing service. Nobody answers phones. No replies to email. I have been trying for a week to withdraw funds which I need for my child's education. Their web site doesnt work. Doesnt even have a clickable WITHDRAW button. If you call and want to speak to a person you wait on the phone for an hour untill the line drops. I have contributed to a fund for 12 years and now I can not withdraw the funds and my child will loose her place at university if I can not witdaraw my funds in the next couple of days. AVOID STANLIB even if they have advertise good returns what is the use if you can not get your money out on time. I had other investments which one can witdraw with a click.
