STANLIB - Non-compliant with SARS

I am unable to access the link on the e-mail sent to me by Stanlib to obtain my tax certificate. The link comes up as expired. I do not understand how a link to a tax certificate can expire. I then e-mailed the CEO address per Stanlib's communication and received messages that my e-mail was undelivered. Does the CEO not have any interest in e-mails from his/her clients or with issues in his/her business?
