Stanlib - no service and arrogance

We are trying to withdraw some funds from an investment but get told by Stanlib that we need to be FICA'd which is 10 years out of date! We are a non-profit association and not registered yet they insist on tax information, why! We are not owners, directors etc, just voted in committee members. Stanlib are giving us such a run around!
