Stanlib no help

I have stanlib app and wsnt tomdraw money but the account to ehich the mobry must be trfd on my profile is incorrect andvwish to change app eont allow it. Sent 2 emails Everyday for 2 weeks just ignorred. Eventually told cant use to change must fill in form, whichi did still no change now week 4 , get email from them dont understand whatbi want even nif the form says change. Tried phoning but told lines very busy waited on speaker for 90 minutes gave up. Still unable to get my money.
