Stanlib NO COMMUNICATIO

Over a month ago (January 16th) I app**** online for an online profile (THIS WAS AFTER FAILING MY PERSONAL DETAILS TWICE AT THE CALL CENTER!), I was told that it would take up to 48 hours for them to respond. (Still waiting) I then wrote to them on their rating site as well as comment site on the 24th - a week later - STILL NO RESPONSE TO DATE (19th February)

All I want to get is my IT3 tax forms, for which every other institution gave me minutes after contacting them
