Stanlib lousy service

Appalling service from Stanlib. I'm finding it impossible to register on the website. I keep getting generic emails which tell me to do the same thing over and over, to no avail. If you phone and finally get through, the employees offer unhelpful and contradictory advice. If they promise to phone you back, they never do. .
