Stanlib lack of urgency and appaling service.

Stanlib made a mistake with the tax code when I transferred my provident fund to another company and they recorded the transfer as a withdrawal. Due to this SARS is expecting me to pay in a substantial amount. This was brought to Stanlib' attention in July. It is now 4 months later and there's been no action from their side. I find the level of service and lack of urgency appalling.
