Stanlib is useless
COME ON CATCH A WAKE UP I SENT AN INSTRUCTION FOR MY UNIT TRUSTS TO BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY!!!! HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE???? JUST SHOWS ME ANY ORGANISATION RELATED TO STANDARD BANK IS USELESS!!!

As explained, we did index your instruction on receipt on the Thursday and should have instructed payment at the latest Monday morning 25 January. What we did not do was to contact you to inform you that the signature presented on the repurchase did not match to your signature on our records.
