STANLIB IS PATHETIC

I made several attempts telephonically and via e-mail to request a copy of my 2023 TAX Certificate. It was even confirmed several times telephonically that the document will be e-mailed to me and every time I receive a copy of my latest investment statement. Clearly the staff of STANLIB do not understand what a tax certificate is but, I trusted them with my money. This is scary. I cannot submit my 2023 tax returns due to STANLIB's lack of ability to provide clients with the correct information as requested. I except that due to their actions that they will except responsibility for the SARS penalty fee. It is clear to me why they are ranked 87th on the hellopeter website of Banking and Financial Services.
