Stanlib is missing in action.
Been trying more than a week to speak to someone to get my balance. I emailed, I called and held on 20 minutes but didn’t speak to anyone, tried the website chat and it couldn’t help me. I tried getting the balance on the online service, but it says my email isn’t registered.
I need my balance and I want to draw my money out of Stanlib.
They are quick to take your money but now that I need my money they are nowhere to be found.
