Stanlib is a **** and YOUR MONEY and mine are gone

Sorry to have to tell you but YOUR and my retirement money is GONE. Stanlib keeps changing our account numbers and fund names without asking you, while investment performance sinks lower and lower. When you want your money back, Stanlib disappears: From 14 December 2020 they are no longer on email, mail or branch. But their website and call centre do not work properly! So you cannot get your money out. If you are lucky enough to get hold of them, Stanlib treat you with disdain as if all this is your fault. It's like they think only stupid people would invest with them. Long ago they were legit, but not this is the new Stanlib motto: "HaHa we got the power over your useless money, so call us to beg for it back." And best of luck trying to do that while your retirement goes up in flames. HelloPeter is only useful for warning other people, I will not be victimized, I am suing after trying everything else.

Yeah after dozens of calls and emails without resolution, Stanlib at last acted because of this Hello Peter complaint. So 24 years after investing R60000 with you, AND paying tax on the "interest", the investment was finally paid out to the amount of about R61000. After inflation that means a "growth" over 2 and a half decades of MINUS 73%. I warn everyone, Stanlib and similar unit trusts ARE A ****, YOUR RETIREMENT SAVINGS ARE A FAILURE.
NOW suddenly after robbing me for two decades and ignoring my complaints NOW Stanlib emails me to "resolve this complaint". No. You can go to hell and look there for the growth I was promised on my money.
