Stanlib Investments Assistance Abysmal

The assistance from Stanlib investments in getting a Tax Certificate has been abysmal. I have been trying for a whole week. My email address was hacked about a year ago and I changed to a new one through Standard Bank. Stanlib requires you to log onto their website for service but keep sending the ID and tax certificate to my old address. Despite sending emails to ***, the basic problem is not rectified.
