Stanlib: Incorrect Debit Orders

I have had horrible and appalling service from Stanlib. My account was incorrectly debited after asking for a cancellation, and I have had to consistently follow up with Stanlib on when my funds will be reversed - with no clear response .

I spend hours holding on the phone, and I have to follow up for a mistake made by them with no compensation, and in the meantime I am out of pocket.

I will definitely not be recommending anyone to Stanlib in the near future. And I would like my money back.
