STANLIB INCOMPETENCE
Stanlib are preventing my Income Tax refund. I am so angry - they completely ignore my & my financial adviser's request for an IT3a. It is patently obvious that they just don't care. I cannot tell SARS they have received it prepopulated on the system - they require the copy that I receive from Stanlib. How difficult is that to understand ?????
