Stanlib ignoring my instructions
I'm sorry that I have to involve third parties to resolve the simplest of instructions, but your systems does not seem to work.

I had send my instructions twice to [Email Removed] as per [URL Removed] and still have not received any kind of response. When I call the call center they just tell me that I have to email the above mentioned address before they can take it further.

BUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT WORK!!!

So what now?!?

27 Aug 2015, 17:57Hello Koning,
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by a delivery block on the side of our e-mail system service provider. This means that you would have remained unaware that there was a non-delivery of your instruction and STANLIB Instructions (the Retail operations), on the other hand, did not receive a message and thus was not informed immediately that an external e-mail had been blocked. We will be working in consultation with the service provider to find a way of sending a block warning to the investor and not just an error report that is forwarded to STANLIB's maintenance team.
We have now processed your instruction and you should see this within the next 48 hours - this is to take the inter-banking processing time into consideration.
We thank you for your patience in allowing us to resolve the issue for you.
Warm regards,
Barbara Egan
on behalf of the STANLIB Team
