STANLIB HUGE ISSUES.
Simon F. Trying to transfer urgently needed funds online and I get told the site doesn't exist!! Nobody responds to emails and the call centre is closed. What is going on?

21 Apr 2020, 04:48After over a week of trying to resolve this issue, I receive a one sentence email saying "my issue is resolved" and a reference number SI***. They decided the issue was resolved without bothering to check with me that it was actually the case!! Well my issue is NOT resolved and my request for urgent help to complete my funds transfer was simply ignored. I have had problems with financial institutions before but NOTHING like this! It is without doubt the worst service I have ever had. This from an institution that makes money off MY investment with them. If this issue is not resolved by the end of business today 21st April, I will be withdrawing my funds at the earliest convenience.

The problem at the end was a simple technical solution that could and should have been tried at the beginning of the problem. Instead of trying to pin the blame on my Laptops internet cache store, which, given the description of the issue I gave, was obviously not the problem. At least somebody was trying, thank you Ingrid Naidoo.
