STANLIB has worst customer service
I thought Stanlib was a reputable company that took pride in their customer service. Apparently that's not the case at all!! I have been trying for over SIX WEEKS to withdraw funds from my pension account. I have tried to email Stanlib i tried going into a branch i tried a call centre. I have sent the required documents through and still no one can help me . Revolting customer service . There is no one I can speak to and all they do is blame corona for there poor service . Does Stanlib not care about its clients??
