Stanlib don't keep their promise

I have put in my withdrawal form on 18 April 2023 with Micheilah Van Zyl, They send it thru to Stanlib, and they claimed they only received it on the 21 of April 2023. When I contact them last week, they told me I would get my withdrawal this week 4th or 5th May 2023. I made a call today to find out when the withdrawal will be paid into my account, a lady by the name of Sabo informs me that it will only pay out 1st of June 2023. On the withdrawal form it clearly stated that it will take 8 to 9 days and not 45 days. I also agree with other people complaining about Stanlib that their agents do not know what they are doing. this is shocking to think you trust this company with your money.
