Stanlib don't invest

Worst company ever I have been trying to get my money out of them for 5 weeks. First call was they would mail me the form no form was mailed. You can hardly hear their call Centre agents when you call as well line is so poor every time I called. Then they said I filled in the wrong form. When I finally sent the write form they told me up to 9 working days. Guess what no surprise no money in my account. Call Centre agents response again I will send a mail. No one calls you back or sends any messages. I feel like a dog begging for my own money.
