STANLIB DONT CARE
Hi my mother Mrs buitendag invested her pension money with stanlib she unfortunately passed away on 25 August 2018 an I then found out that I am her beneficiary, she had no funeral policy and her body is still laying at avbob Pretoria North, as I am struggling to get funds released for her funeral up to date as stanlib can not even sort out a tax clearance for that money and evertime require more and more documents which they never mentioned when I submitted the claim as beneficiary I explained this is the only money that there is to give her a proper funeral it seems they just do not care I have all emails as proof of documents they required which I submitted in time but still her body is laying waiting to be buried for almost a month now
