STANLIB doesn't want to pay full amount I asked for

Firstly what Stanlib is doing to me is an abuse. On Wednesday I feel up paperwork assisted by my financial advisor. I asked for R7,500 from my unit trust. What I get is R4,60p. I need to start building contractors are waiting for the material When I saved my money with you guys it was okay you were interested keep calling. Now I need the money am not give what I wish.
