Stanlib cicus
i have been trying to get funds released from a stanlib investment since the middle of April trying to contact via email or call centre is a waste of time according to the local advisor i am not the only one having problems with stanlib this is the worst service i have ever had i have just sold my business and will definately not be investing with the stanlib circus

21 May 2020, 06:59it has now been a week and nothing has been resolved
Stanlib sent me blank forms yesterday, of which have already been completeled and submitted first on 26th March 2020 and again on 15th April 2020. Various calls and email to the Local Standard Bank advisor have been ignored, not returned or simply not answered to both his cell number and work landline
According to an email recieved by the Advisor from Stanlib on 2nd May, Apologising for the delay and that the monies would ben transferred early the coming week......... which meant week of 5th May...... 2 weeks ago.
What kind of circus is this ??
