STANLIB can't follow or comprehend clear simple instruction

Wow - absolute garbage.

This company literally doesn't know their * from their elbow.

They cannot follow simple instructions, they make it impossible to cancel. It's just the blind leading the blind.

So finally I had to appoint another FA from Liberty Life to cancel my policy for me as I couldn't cancel my own policy. The FA sent the instructions to cancel and I received my units, and that should have been that after trying to cancel for four months, right?

Obviously not right, I look this morning and another debit order for GarbageLib has gone off.

The FA had to apologise on their behalf and has stated he finds it strange that they cannot follow clear simple instructions. They've been doing this to me for four months, so it's far past the point of strange.
