Stanlib another complaint

Tried to repurchase R2000 from my moneymarket account on Sat 14th. money subtracted from the moneymarket account, but it did not reach my savings account at Absa. Tried to find out what the problem is no one answers the phone or it is experiencing heavy traffic, went to Standard bank who I originally invested my money with (they put me into Stanlib) No joy there, given Stanlibs phone no and email address. Tried both on Fri 20th. No joy or replies there either. Where is the finnancial authorities or bank ombudsmen when u need them, looking at just the complaints on this website should be enough for these toothless wonders to realise something stinks at both Standard bank and Stanlib. Still it should not be a total surprise bearing in mind who allowed the Zuptas to make use of banking and investments without any checks at all. Also H-peter what can you do to help with these complaints. Why not collate them and send to the highest on high of the finnancial world'
