30 Sept 2025, 09:26And yet again, no call from any consultant. I'm very disgruntled. I have wasted hundreds of rands on calls. When I do finally get through, the consultant puts me on hold. Yesterday morning my call was on hold for 27 minutes. Do I find relief by contacting the ombudsman????
