STANLIB

I have a investment with STANLIB and wanted to withdraw money from my investment to pay for urgent medical bills and procedures that i needed to go for and needed money quick and while STANLIB is stating that they're withdrawal only takes 2 business days it was the perfect opportunity for me to do so.

I did the withdrawal on the 4th of October 2024 and till today i have not received my investment money i couldn't visit the doctors or pay my medical bills due to the lack of service at STANLIB each and every time they state the money will be in my account and have been paid but nothing

Yesterday for the last time i asked them that i have a urgent appointment for the fracture in my neck at the specialist today and that i need to oay for the consultation and the money need to be oaid by end of business yesterday 14th of October 2024 they made a promise that it will be in my account on the latest 15th of October 2024 this morning when i logged in there was no money in my account to i needed to cancel my appointment once again because their promises was not met

Sad to see you trust a company with your money and investments and when you need it most they are careless for their clients and make empty promises just to get you off the telephone line.
