Stanlib

I called stanlib to do my withdrawal they gave me a form to fill and submit which I did. 4 working days later I sent them an email which I got a response asking my ID number or Policy number which I gave them only later I decide to call them again and I got the lady by Molebogeng who told me submitted a wrong form ,wrong address and that form was given by them together with the email address . I filled the correct form emailed it to them now when I call they don't see my form .
