I find it impossible to get a Tax certificate from Stanlib. The last resort is to take my (small) investment to Capitec where I can get a tax certificate ONLINE and will in future be able to file my tax return on time. Rather less interest than this frustration and SARS's wrath. Maybe my investment is too small to warrant an answer ?
