Stanlib 1nvest Poor Customer Service

Stanlib, the manager of the 1nvest ETF collective investment, has awful customer service so far. If you own any 1nvest ETFs, their website does not provide a customer contact number, only an online e-mail service which they have not responded multiple times. When I finally got a contact number, they could not provide statements for my investment. They could not explain why distributions that were reinvested were not reflected on my account, effectively my profit has disappeared without a trace. I can only assumethat Stanlib keeps these profits for their benefit without declaring to my account which is ********* and *****ing. Avoid Stanlib investments unless you want to deal with financial ****** and endless headaches.
