Standlib Delay tactics in releasing funds.

The back and forth we are getting from Standlib just to release an investment of the late MA Mariti is terrible. All requested documents were sent, and the Attorneys are getting queries that documents are not visible and the same goes to deceased department at Standard Bank when requesting statements so that we can claim for a vehicle policy. it seems as if it is their delay tactic by always requesting documents that are always submitted. I wish Standlib can expedite so that Mrs Mariri can get the money out.
