Shocking shocking service!
All I can say is that their service is absolutely shocking shocking - very possibly the worst of them all. <br> <br> I sent an email with instructions to change my ID number and to date (after 3 months and numerous emails sent - I must have sent email about 10 times altogether), and they have still not acknowledged that they have received my instructions or acted on my instructions. <br> <br> This is totally unacceptable!!!!<br>
