Shocking service/ the worst ever!!

I deposited money by electronic transfer(loaded as a beneficiary) on behalf of my mother from her Standard Bank Current a/c to Stanlib Collective public fund on the 03/10/2016.

No money showed up in her account and to date zero service(17 days) and no investment???? Where is our R10000.00

Stanlib say they have the money but we must now fill out a form with fica documents to do an electronic transfer otherwise they will not deposit our money.

We have been investing into this account for years and now we have to go back to the dark ages to get anything done. No one can invest with a company that does not even inform you of their changes.

I have spent many days and hours following up and have had lots of promises and no action. You are just left hanging on the line for hours.

This is the worst service I have ever had.

The matter is still not resolved and more promises have been made.

Hi Chris,
As per our direct e-mail correspondence, we have resolved the issue at the time. There was a small discrepancy between the money market value date and the bank interest automatically app**** to the late allocation. This is being addressed and the difference will be added to your mother's account. STANLIB will always correct the investor position to ensure that the investor is never prejudiced by an administration issue.
The administration glitch should now be a thing of the past and all direct deposits with clear account references will be automatically allocated to the fund account nominated the next day.
We do apologise for the inconvenience this matter caused you and your mother.
Kind regards
Barbara Egan, on behalf of the STANLIB team.
Best regards,
