Shocking Service - NO FEEDBACK OR REPLY!!!!

<p>I took out a policy with Stanlib in 2014, my friend who worked with me at the same company did the same.</p> <p>After a few years i requested a statement and realised i was actually losing out and that the policy was making - 1.5%. With this being said i put a stop to the debt order straight away.</p> <p>After chatting to my friend who had the exact same policy, she told me she had withdrawn the funds a year ago. So with this being said i contacted Stanlib to do the same and was told i couldnt with draw the funds. I then requested the documents that i had signed for this policy and was told there was no Paperwork whatso ever (I have all of this in writing)</p> <p>How on earth is there no paperwork?!!!! I then was told i had to write a letter stating why i wanted copies of the paperwork, After all it is my policy and my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>And what do you know, its been over a week and no response to my email, however i had recieved an automative reply to my email saying it had been recieved and they are working on my query.</p> <p>But still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>How on earth can i not be able to withdraw the funds which are mine, where my friend had teh exact same policy and could with draw hers?</p> <p>Why is there no paperwork for a policy?</p> <p>Why can i not even move teh funds to a different company?</p> <p> </p> <p>Stanlib's service is shocking!!!!! I will never recommend them to anyone!</p>
