SHOCKING SERVICE
My daughter received an investment and the transfer into her details has been absolutely shocking! Proof of address and ID were sent off numerous times. Then she tries to register on the online site only to be told Stanlib need the same documents again. They get sent off once again. Still waiting for online registration after a week!

As explained in my e-mail to you, it was simply the certification of the documents you have submitted that was missing. This, unfortunately, is critical to FICA compliance.
