Shocking Service!!

<p>On the 5th January 2017 submiited withdrawal request. Week later phoned and was told tax number I provided was wrong. In actual fact my number was correct and they had made a mistake. Promised to pay within 3 days. Phoned another 2 times since then. Sent a email to complaints department. Promised to respond within 24 hours - now days later no feedback!!</p> <p> </p> <p>they make a promise on their website that withdrawals are</p> <p>paid within 7 days. It is now 20 days and I have had no feedback. They have not ONCE phoned me - i did all the calling. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have other investments with them as well as my children - no longer!!! If you need to make investments rather look at another provider. In the mean time I am referring this to the Ombudsman as the investment money was to buy a investment property, which I have now lost.</p>
