Shocking ordeal trying to reach Stanlib

Stanlib in Johannesburg are impossible to get through to. I have money to invest and wanted to explore options and interest rates with them. I called a few times today. 1st call - the woman who answered kept me holding for about 20 minutes with music playing in background and never came back to me once. 2nd call - the woman put the phone down as I started telling her what I was calling about.

To find information out on their website is very difficult

Generally, my experience was so bad I would not recommend trying to give business to them. I am sorry I have existing accounts with them as they are so difficult to contact for just the most basic of things.
