Shame on you Stanlib

I was discharged from hospital on the 10th April 2025 after being admitted via ER. I have a huge ER bill and decided to initiate my Stalib Repurchase in the 12th April 2025. I am a COPD patient on home oxygen treatment and submitted the forms the Monday 14th. On Tuesday the 15th i got a call from Stanlib to verify everything but failed my security question. I was then asked to go to Standard Bank and verify myself and once that is done, my funds would be released the same day being the 15th April 2025. I went to Standard Bank, the consultant saw my condition and assisted me promptly and even called Stanlib to inform them that I have been verified and they can release payment. The consultant was Lindewe at the time. Nothing was paid so I decided to call Stanlib today 17th April 2025. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Chuma and explained everything. He told me he will get Lindewe to call me because my instruction was not loaded and I was not verified according to him. Few hours past, she didn't call and I called back and spoke to Eliboy and he said the same thing and would ask Lindewe to call as she was now in a meeting. She eventually called past 3pm and told a hole lot of stories and that i was not verified. I told her, is she expecting me to go back to bank and verify again. She said yes and I told this is not acceptable because of my condition after the bank consultant verified me and called them. She put me on hold and waited a few minutes. By then my broker called and my wife put him on speaker. The broker said they gave him the run around for and hour. While he was talking Lindewe got back on the line and said now all of a sudden that I was verified and would escalate it with her supervisor Lebo so payment can be released immediately. I asked her to call me back to confirm if everything was sorted, which she didn't. By now the time is already 15h15. Being a long weekend now I am in a mess went to do everything at bank. Now they don't even bother and I have to wait till next week after the Easter weekend to call again. This is really not fair and unacceptable from Stanlib. Not taking in consideration that I had to go out with a oxygen tank and still recovering. To findout they did nothing. Now they can enjoy there weekend stress free and it leaves me distressed.
